Veda AI is a project management health analytics platform. We provide tools to analyze project performance, compute metrics (e.g., SPI, CPI), identify risks, and generate forecasts based on data you connect from third-party services such as Jira.
Our role is limited to providing analysis and visualization tools. We do not create, modify, or manage the underlying project data in your Connected Services.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the data you connect. When you authorize Veda AI to access your Connected Services (e.g., Jira), you:
- Represent that you have the right to connect and sync such data.
- Are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data stored in your Connected Services.
- Acknowledge that our analytics are derived solely from the data you provide and that any decisions you make based on our outputs are your own.
You must ensure that your use of Veda AI complies with your organization's policies and any applicable third-party terms (e.g., Atlassian's terms for Jira).
4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Important: We provide analysis tools and do not guarantee the accuracy of the source data. If the original data in your Connected Services (e.g., Jira) is incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent, our analytics will reflect those limitations. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or discrepancies in the data stored in your Connected Services.
We strive to compute metrics correctly based on the data we receive. However, we do not assume liability for decisions made based on our analytics when the underlying data is flawed or misconfigured.
