Security, Privacy & Trust

Understand our enterprise-grade security standards, data isolation, and automated guardrails.

Veda AI is built for enterprises that cannot compromise on data boundaries, compliance, or integration safety. This page summarizes how we protect your organization—not our internal implementation checklist.

Data Isolation (Multi-tenancy)

Every customer operates in a logically separated tenant environment.

  • Workspace data is scoped so one organization cannot access another’s projects, integrations, or metrics.
  • Public workspace addresses use opaque identifiers rather than company names in URLs.
  • Access to data is enforced on the server for every request, independent of what appears in the browser.

Multi-tenancy is a product commitment: your portfolio stays yours, even as we scale the platform for many customers.

End-to-End Compliance

Security is treated as continuous operations, not a one-time checklist.

  • Automated guardrails run in development and release pipelines to catch regressions early.
  • API inputs are validated against strict contracts to reduce injection and malformed-data risk.
  • Database access uses row-level security so application logic and database policy align on who can read or write what.

We align with enterprise expectations for vulnerability management, change control, and documented security standards available on request for procurement reviews.

Secure Integrations

Third-party connections use industry-standard OAuth and token handling.

  • Jira and Asana integrations authorize through the vendor’s consent flow—tokens are stored securely and scoped to what sync requires.
  • Tokens can be revoked from workspace settings; disconnecting removes live credentials from your tenant.
  • Traffic between Veda, your identity provider, and integration partners uses encrypted transport.

You stay in control of which tools are linked, which projects sync, and when to rotate or remove access.
